Commercial Heatpumps How it works This series serves centralised hot water systems where a large storage tank feeds multiple outlets. Cold water enters from the hydropneumatic system, the heat pump raises it to the set temperature through a tube-in-shell or brazed plate condenser, and a circulation pump maintains a ring main so hot water is instantly available at every tap. Return water from the rooms re-enters the loop, minimising both wait time and wastage. Construction and features Scroll compressors, tube-in-shell heat exchangers, blue-finned evaporator coils with hydrophilic epoxy coating that sheds condensate and resists corrosion. Electronic expansion valve, smart-touch control, HP/LP safety protection, anti-corrosive cabinet coating and optional automatic defrosting. Stable, low-vibration running with two or four compressors per unit for staged capacity. Specifications SE-AH-14U through SE-AH-180V, covering 14 to 180 KW heating capacity. COP 4.1 to 4.2, rated hot water output 400 to 5,220 litres per hour at 55°C, maximum 60°C. Three-phase 380–415 V, R410A refrigerant, water flow 12 to 30.9 m³/hr, noise 70–78 dB(A), pipe sizes R1½ to R2½, weights 180 to 1,300 kg. Applications Hotels, resorts, hospitals, boarding schools, hostels and apartment complexes.
