Ultra High Temperature Heat Pumps How it works This series pushes heat pump output into genuine steam territory. Using R245fa refrigerant with a high condensing temperature, it takes water on the condenser side from 95°C to 100°C and can reach 120°C at maximum. The evaporator side runs on a water loop rather than ambient air — typically 55°C in and 50°C out — which is why performance is independent of outdoor conditions and why the unit is well suited to recovering waste heat from an existing process stream. Construction and features Sunniva scroll compressors, high-efficiency brazed plate heat exchangers on both evaporator and condenser (SS316 plates for corrosion resistance and maximum heat transfer per unit volume), electronic expansion valve, smart display controller and MODBUS communication. Specifications SE-UHT-35, SE-UHT-70 and SE-UHT-140 at 35, 70 and 140 KW heating capacity. COP 3.1 across the range, rated hot water output 350 to 1,350 LPH, rated water temperature 100°C, maximum 120°C. Three-phase 380–415 V, water flow 6.5 to 26 m³/hr, pipe sizes R1½ to R2½, noise 60–68 dB(A), weights 450 to 1,550 kg. Applications Textiles, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food industry and dairy — any process that currently depends on a steam boiler for temperatures above 100°C.
